北京顺义疫情因印尼输入病例引起:顺义疫情源自印尼行动轨迹带名字

30日，北京市召开新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控工作第196场新闻发布会北京市疾控中心副主任庞星火介绍，目前顺义区局部聚集性疫情源头初步锁定，为一起由1例印度尼西亚境外输入无症状感染者导致的，在顺义区多个点位发生续发病例，并在顺义区金马工业园造成的局部聚集性疫情。

The recent cluster of local confirmed coronavirus cases in Beijings Shunyi district was caused by an imported asymptomatic case from Indonesia, based on epidemiological investigation and genomic sequencing, a senior official said at a news conference on Wednesday.

本轮疫情境外输入可能性大北京市疾控中心对此次疫情确诊病例、无症状感染者及相关环境样本病毒，进行了全基因组测序分析，结果显示，此次疫情病毒均属于L基因型欧洲家系分支2.3，为同一传播链，与2020年11月东南亚地区发现的部分病毒株同源性较高，境外输入的可能性大。

Pang Xinghuo, deputy head of the Beijing Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said the authority has locked down the infection source and chains of virus transmission.

"The investigation of the virus samples from the cases and environment showed that the virus is not genetically related to local cases in past months, nor from the UK or South Africa," she said. "Its highly related to a virus that was discovered from cases in Southeast Asia in November this year."

病毒与我国既往发现的境外输入病例以及国内本土病例的病毒不存在基因关联性，非国内近几个月本土疫情的持续传播，也非英国或南非发现的新型变异毒株初步判定，此次感染来源为12月26日报告新增的1例境外输入无症状感染者。

Pang said the source of the virus transmission is a 28-year-old male who lived in Indonesia and arrived in East Chinas Fujian province on Nov 26.

病例详情某男，28岁，印度尼西亚籍，长期在印度尼西亚生活，2020年11月26日从印度尼西亚入境，为福建省报告的1例印度尼西亚境外输入病例的同航班同排座位密切接触者在福建隔离满14天，经核酸检测为阴性后，于12月10日到京，在京居住地为顺义区。

12月26日检测新冠病毒核酸阴性，血清IgM抗体阳性；12月27日在其居住地及工作地点环境中，检出新冠病毒核酸阳性，由120负压救护车转至地坛医院；12月28日检测新冠病毒核酸为阳性，综合流行病学史、临床表现、实验室检测和影像学检查等结果，当日诊断为无症状感染者。

The manwas a close contact of an imported confirmed case on the flight when he traveled back.He completed the 14-day centralized observation in Fujian with a negative nucleic acid test result. Then, he came back to Beijing on Dec 10 and stayed in Shunyi district.

After the new cases occurred in Shunyi starting on Dec 23, the district conducted mass scale testing in the district. He got tested on Dec 26 with the result still showing negative, but environmental samples from his living space and workplace showed positive.

He then got another test on Monday. The result was positive and he was confirmed as an asymptomatic case.

传播链详解庞星火称，此次顺义区局部聚集性疫情为单一传播链病例1为聚集性疫情源头，在抵京后传播给共同合租房屋的租户病例2，又在购物期间传播给顺义华联商超员工病例3"This round of cluster is single transmission. The source infected another case, who is his roommate in Beijing, and this roommate infected others while shopping," Pang said.。

病例1为聚集性疫情源头，在抵京后传播给共同合租房屋的租户病例2（某女，29岁），又在购物期间传播给顺义华联商超员工病例3（某女，31岁）病例3为传播链中的关键病例，在商超售卖衣物期间传播给病例4（某男，34岁），病例4为此次疫情的首例报告确诊病例。

病例3传播给其丈夫病例5（某男，31岁）；在乘坐网约车期间传播给网约车司机病例6（某男，40岁）；在共同聚会、购物、同乘网约车期间传播给同乡病例7（某女，31岁）和病例8（某女，32岁）病例6通过共同聚餐传播给同为网约车司机的病例11（某男，43岁）。

病例7和病例8分别传播给其丈夫病例9（某男，33岁）和病例10（某男，31岁）病例5、7、9、10的工作地点均为顺义区金马工业园，通过共同工作和聚餐等聚集性活动，导致病例12（某男，32岁）、13（某男，28岁）、14（某男，42岁）、15（某男，32岁）、16（某女，43岁）感染。

疫情发生后，疾控机构对顺义区金马工业园开展全范围环境采样和检测综合分析，考虑环境阳性为金马工业园某公司确诊病例排毒而造成的环境污染，基本排除通过进口货物引发金马工业园区员工感染，继而引发该园区后续聚集性疫情的可能。

西城无症状感染者感染源待查暂与顺义局部聚集性疫情无关根据现有循证依据，暂未发现12月24日报告的现住西城的无症状感染者（男，16岁）及12月23日离境至韩国的无症状感染者，与此次顺义区局部聚集性疫情相关联，感染来源仍在调查中。

Another asymptomatic case reported in Xicheng district on Dec 24 is not related to the source in Shunyi and that investigation is still going on.
